“Chad was extremely pleasant and very helpful to work with!! He booked four residential showings for us in one day on short notice, one of which we made an offer on. He helped us with comps when strategizing about our offer on the home we purchased. He met us at the property on short notice a couple of times to allow specialized inspectors and plumbers assess an issue of concern.
